ARTICLE — IV. (#) For the purpose of the Conference, the States are- divided into the following groups to be called Regions : — 1. Kashmir and Jarmnn (including N. W. Frontiei- States), 2. Hyderabad. 3. Baroda {including Gujrat States.) 4. Mysore (including Benganaepalii and Sandur.) 5. Central India States. Benares and "Rampur. 6. Travan core, Cochin, Pudukotta. 7. Orissa States, Bastar and C. P. States. 8. Manipur. Cooch-Behar and Tripura. 9. Becoan States (in Maharashtra and Karnatak). 10. Punjab States. 11. Himalayan Hill States. 12. Baluchistan States (Kalat, Lnsl>ella, Kharaih and Khairpur.) J3. Kathiawar States iiiicl tiding Cutoh). 14. Bajputana States. (h) The Standing Committee may regroup the States iit forming Regions whenever it considers this desirable. — V, States' People's organizations known as Praja Mandate.. Lok Parishads, Praja Parishads, States' Congresses, XationaT Conferences or by similar names functioning in a single State or a group of States or from outside under special circumstances with the approval of the Standing Committee., may be affiliated to or recognised by the A. I. S. P. Conference, through Regional Councils or direct, in accordance with* this constitution. (a) The Regional Council may affiliate any States" People's organization within that Region provided :—
